This is everything I used, with one or two upgrades and without the barrel.

These are the tools I would have used if I had to do the project today. Pro tip! If you’re just building your workshop, try to pick a good tool brand and stick to that one brand. Worship it. Tell your friends they suck if they use anything else. But more importantly, this means all your batteries are compatible with all of your tools. For corded tools, do your homework and use what fits your needs best.

My top cordless brands are Makita, Milwaukee, and Dewalt. Milwaukee seems to always out preform everyone, and Makita and Dewalt are decently neck and neck, depending on the tool.
